Cognac Fine Champagne, made exclusively from eau-de-vie of the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, of which at least 50% come from Grande Champagne, is the only blend of two crus protected by the AOC, the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée. PRODUCTION NOTES- aged much longer than other VSOP Armagnacs. Distilled once in a copper pot still to deliver its breadth of quality flavors, it contains a strong concentration of prunes, plums, and violets on the nose.
